1. Introduction

Welcome to Paperises! These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Use of Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to engage in any of the following actions:

  • Engaging in unlawful activities;

  • Infringing on the rights of others;

  • Distributing harmful or malicious content.​

3. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. All product prices on our website include VAT (Value Added Tax), and VAT is displayed separately at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any errors in product details or pricing.

4. Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed via our official website, Local Makers and Pafta'm.  You agree to pay the total amount including product cost, VAT (if applicable), and shipping fees. Payments are securely processed.
International orders (outside of Turkey) are considered micro exports and are exempt from VAT. However, shipping fees and potential customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Domestic (Turkey): Orders are shipped within 2–4 business days using standard courier services. Delivery times may vary based on location and operational conditions. Shipping is free for domestic orders over 1000 TL. For orders below this amount, shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • International: Orders are shipped via DHL Express. Delivery times vary by region (Europe, US and Asia), and shipping rates are calculated accordingly. Customs delays may occur depending on destination country regulations. We may contact customers for additional information required for customs clearance.

  • Customs Duties & Taxes:
    International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes depending on the destination country.
    These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the buyer. Paperises is not responsible for any delays or additional fees caused by customs procedures.

6. Returns and Return Policy

We accept returns for damaged or defective products. If you wish to return a product, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The product does not need to be in its original packaging. For more information, please refer to our Return Policy.

Some features of our website may require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including designs, products, images, text, logo, and branding—is the exclusive property of Paperises. All elements are original and created by us. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or use of any part of our products or branding is strictly prohibited. Trademark registration is currently in process.

Paperises shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website, purchased products, or services provided.
